The game is then played exactly like a normal game of bingo, with the teacher playing the part of the bingo caller, but instead of the teacher calling out the numbers printed on the cards, the teacher instead calls out math problems (the teacher may also write the problem on the blackboard). The student bas task is to solve each problem, and then look for the number on their bingo card. As you can imagine, this can be a lot of fun, and before you know it students can forget they are learning math! What is more, teachers can also easily vary the game play, for example, by using different types of math problems, or perhaps even by asking members of the class to solve each problem before moving on to the next bingo call.
For small kids the shape sorting puzzles are the best fun activity which keeps them busy and help them learn about different things in an interesting way. As soon as you spend too much time studying you will quickly lose focus and the time spent studying will become junk time. Junk time is when you think you are studying but you are just sitting there re-reading the same sentence about 100 times. You are studying, but you are not getting anywhere. You are the mouse on the wheel. Round and round you go. Instead, take regular breaks. We had recommend a 15 minute break for every 30 minutes of work completed. So it is a 2 to 1 ratio. For every 2 hours you spend studying over a 3 hour period, at least 1 hour of that should be break time. Taking breaks will restore your energy and refresh your mind - plus it will give your mind some time to take in what you have been doing (this is very useful when you are doing memory activities). That does not mean you should spend the break thinking about what you have been doing. To the contrary, allow your mind to rest by doing something completely different. Finally, do not study for more than 45 minutes in any one sitting if you can avoid it. The brain tends to switch off at the 45 minute mark. Huh? Switch off? I was wondering if mine would ever switch on!

Start test preparation much before exams to get a better result. Students should have adequate time in their hand to revise the entire syllabus thoroughly. Math is that kind of subject which cannot be grasped in a hurry. Students should revise each math topic at their own pace. They can download several math worksheets online and practice these to get proficiency on each topic.
Most volumes begin with an explanation of basic arithmetic operations namely: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. When ready to be tested, the student can select a drill, which has 10 questions and are selected from a database of number pairs for calculation. The Basic Level volumes use simple single digit numbers and the interactive math software at the Advanced Level uses mostly double digit numbers for math practice problems. Each drill is then scored and timed with the results saved. With the test records, students can follow their own progress and adults who may be supervising can monitor progress and assess if there are any learning issues that require intervention.
Interactive math games for first graders allow young students to play their way to a deeper understanding of numerical concepts. Addressing addition, subtraction and other first grade math skills through games helps make learning fun and expands a child has academic experience beyond the traditional classroom setting. By merging print materials with technology, both teachers and parents can aid children in becoming more proficient with the concepts they will need to be successful in school and in daily life.
